Music in the Park 2012

For over thirty years, the Woodburn Public Library has hosted summer concerts in Library Park. In that time, these professionally produced concerts by popular bands have become the heartbeat of summer culture and social life in downtown Woodburn. In recent years, the festival atmosphere of Music in the Park's Tuesday night concerts in July and August has been enhanced through the addition of the Downtown Market.

Collectively, Music & Market in the Park 2011 brought nearly 2,000 visitors to downtown Woodburn on eight Tuesday nights in July and August. The concerts are free thanks to the generous support of community businesses and charitible organizations that have purchased Music in the Park sponsorships.

Sponsorship Campaign 2012

Sponsorships allow local businesses and community organizations to put their brand in front of the thousands of folks who attend Music in the Park over the course of the summer. Besides the promotional opportunity, business support of Music in the Park fosters good will in the community and helps to build civic pride. Sponsorships are offered at the following levels:

Presenting Sponsor - $1,000+ Presenting sponsors receive recognition as the major supporters of the concert series and receive top billing in all print advertising, press releases, and event-night promotions.

Concert Sponsor - $250-$750 Concert sponsors support a significant portion of each weekly concert's band and professional sound and receive specific promotion at that night's concert. Concert sponsors are also acknowledged in print advertising and press releases.

Friend of Music in the Park - $50-$249 Community contributions to Music in the Park help to keep concerts free for all. Your contribution at the Friend level will be acknowledged at the final concert of the season.
