Oregon Library Passport Program Woodburn adult-resident and adult-fee patrons can use their CCRLS library card at participating libraries throughout the state. Get an OLPP sticker from the Circulation Desk, then sign up for additional library cards at OLPP libraries that are convenient to you. |

Friends of the Library and the Public Library Board
The Friends of the Woodburn Public Library is an independent nonprofit that exists to support library programs and services. The Friends is always looking for new members.
The Public Library Board is appointed by the mayor and advises on matters related to the administration of the library. Residents of Woodburn are eligible to apply.
